ITC Report Not updated

I opened up a Mr Price account in early 2014 to help build my credit record. I then forgot to pay my account and it then reflected on my credit report as account 30 days in arrears. On December 2014 I settled the account and closes it off... This morning I contacted Transunion to get my credit report and the damn Mr Price account still reflects on my records as 30 days in arrears, I want Mr PRICE to update my profile immediately and give send me a settlement letter. This thing is a dark cloud hanging over my head... MR PRICE sort this out immediately.
