ITC MONSTERS

I have not had money to pay off my Mr Price account. And my sister decided to help me out. She settled the account in November 2015 already, but MR PRICE refuses to take it off my Credit Report. I have sent them numerous email requesting them to take it off, but no one is getting back to me. I sent through the proof of payment, and no one is coming back to me. When I call them, I get transferred to a *** consultants like I have airtime money. I am trying to get my finances in order and this is what I get from mr price, DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
