IT TAKES 3 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP PHONE
I HAVE BEEN CALLING MR PRICE FOR WEEKS NOW. I ORDERED CLOTHES ONLINE AND I HAD TO DO FOLLOW UP EVERYDAY. MY DELIVERY FINALLY REACHED RANDBURG MALL AND THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE EVER! WHEN FINALLY SOMEONE PICKED UP THE PHONE SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN AFTER 20 SECONDS OF THE CALL. THERE WAS NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE, IT WAS IF SHE WAS ANSWERING HER OWN CELLPHONE. THIS IS JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE, I AM SO DISGUSTED.
