Is there such a thing as 'customer service'

<p>Please just do us all a favour and shutdown your online shopping facilities and remove your customer support contact details as it is absolutely useless and ***********. For a couple of times now I have had some issues with my online orders. It shows processing on the system after making the payment and then eventually when someone feels like doing their job and picking goods for the order some of the products are out of stock. I have been sending numerous emails to MRP since Friday - I either get no reply or I get a reply with completely irrelevant information which has nothing to do with what I asked in the first place. Don't even bother telling me someone will be in touch shortly as my common sense tells me that this is just a gimmick to get me to stop complaining! I have been shopping online at MRP every single month for the past 2 years often times spending up to R2000 a month. However I am now taking my business elsewhere. I cannot shop in store at a MRP because it is just as frustrating with the rude floor staff and now my online orders are getting messed up! Just get it together already !</p>
