Irritated and frustrated

Good day I am writing this out frustration On the 25th of April I made an online order on the mrp website for a pair of boots for my little I then got confirmation that I will receive the order latest on 2nd of May 2022. To date there hasn't been any delivery from their courier company I have called and used their WhatsApp service and was told day after day that I'll get my order.

I am ****ed off and extremely disappointed in mrp for their lack of effort to this matter after making several promises that they will.
