Irritated

The service at MRP Harties is appalling. I ordered online and the delivery date was set for 8th September 2020, I did not receive any notification from the store, I had to call and ask, and only then was I informed that the package has arrived and this is not the 1st incident. There are a few items that were not ok that I wanted to return I was told the system is offline. My package has still not been vouched on the system meaning I still cannot return those items at another store.
