IRPR tax directive issue

Terrible management and service received will never recommend anyone to work for them ! When I started working at Mrp the tax number I received on a call from SARS was incorrect , I didn’t know until I had a lump sum due to me that the tax directive is wrong . However that tax number was then deactivated. Now I have the correct number which I’m using . I need to submit documents to sars and they advised that MRP needs to correct the tax directive on their side . I’m getting SMSs from Sars as well as Emails fe them I need that 2021 information. Mr Price then advised its Alexander Forbes issue that they need to correct details it is not 2 months later to no avail. No help no feedback. These sars penalties I am going to have to pay while these two drag their feet
