Irate customer

Very poor service. I did an online purchase on the 1st of September and my delivery has still not arrived. Upon enquiry apparently this is an ongoing issue with Mr Price online. It's super frustrating as I don't want to go instore due to pandemic. Therefore the convenience of online shopping. Their customer service is pathetic.
