Irate Customer

It Is with great disappointment and anger that I write this review.

I placed my order just over a week ago online. As per instructions I sent my proof of payment, no confirmation was made I had to then follow up as to whether payment had been received.

Once they had received payment no communication was made then either. Once again I had to contact and find out what was going on.

I paid R35 for express delivery which states online how long it will take, nothing about my delivery was expressed. I contacted mrp again and the care line told me it was the couriers and that there was nothing that they could do. How pathetic?

To top it off my parcel was delivered today. Only to find 5 items missing from my order. Not a single msg from Mrp who keep in mind has taken my full payment of R994.

It was then up to me to contact Mrp ONCE AGAIN who then tells me that they did not have stock. Why allow your customers to bag items and pay for it if you do not have stock of it? Is this some sort of ****?

Now I am being told I will receive a voucher in place of the items I did not receive, still not a single apology or email has been sent from mrp.

This is not my first bad experience with mrp online purchasing, I have sent a previous email as well regarding my disappointment on a previous order I made to which I just received a dull apology without any thought or consideration.

Online purchasing is to be convenient I have never experienced this kind of trouble with any other online stores. Mrp is by far the worse.

Well my complaint will not stop here and I will make sure this reaches the necessary to make sure whoever is the cause of this pathetic customer service is taken to task.
