invalid gift voucher

bought goods online with Mr price ,was told my payment is not reflecting i was sent from pillar to post for proof using my money and time to do the billing dep work, since 24 feb till current around April i was sent and invalid ref number ,i was told it is a gift voucher ...which i haven't been able to use tried online ,tried it at mall of Africa no success iv been m sitting with an invalid ref (gift voucher of R644.00 money down the drain.person i was talking to is Nicole Richards .
