Insurence claim !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you cancel your customers debt protection insurance without informing them , then when they are retrenched and want to claim causally inform them it has been removed , guess who just lost a customer who has been a customer for year YOU did , guess who will be telling everyone she know not to deal with you again I will unless you change my mind giving you an olive branch don't waste it has you have been wasting my time for moths pure **************** !!!!!!!!!
