Insurance worth nothing

My car was broken into in July 2015 and my handbag with my wallet and Mr Price card was ******. I reported the matter to Mr Price Head Office. I have insurance on my Mr Price account. All they did was cancel my card. Numerous people phoned regarding the 1 month arrears account, and I explained that I will settle the matter as soon as the insurance that I paid for and was covered for, paid out. I was told since July that somebody will get back to me. I am still waiting. In the mean time i was handed over. Trying to get to talk to somebody at finance, is just a waste of time. I tried 10+ times, just to get cut off. The branch in GRT also tried, with no success. If you pay for insurance that's worth nothing, why must you pay for it? I am still waiting for them to contact me, 6 months later!!!! In the meantime I get threatened, but nobody can help me with my complaint.
