Insurance trap

I have never experienced such poor service from a company. I have requested multiple times for my insurance to be cancelled, yet I have received no response. I have also tried calling several times, but I am left on hold for so long that the call eventually drops.

Once my card is fully paid off, I will be cancelling it and will no longer support this company. I will also be encouraging others to reconsider doing business with them.
