Insurance premiums becomes debt.

Insurance payments R890, which Mr Price has made debt and handed me over after I have cancelled my insurances! How can this be debt? a lady did phone me and said she would phone me back a week ago but still havent received any call instead I have received another threatening Email! I have not bough anything on my account but they say I owe them R890
