Insurance Policy *****

I received insurance policies and after reviewing them before the 31 day trial I decided I wanted only 1 out of the 3 policies and canceled it within the cooling off period. I got an sms to state they received the cancelation for those policies and it also stated in the contract that it will still be deducted but refunded after the 31 days. Its been longer than 31 days and no refund and they still have the policies listed. I emailed them again and I got an sms stating it was canceled but still on my account. Then again I emailed them and I got a new sms stating they received it and will take 31 days for the policies to be canceled. This is such a money making scheme as they are not doing what they are stating and I am not going to pay for their mistake for not removing it and I also wanted a refund for those policies I canceled within the cooling off period.
