Insurance claim

I lodged a claim with Mr price group insurance amd ive been taken from pillar to post. Everyday they request for different information after I have provided information they had requested for. At forst my request was declined when I did my research I found out they spoke to a receptionist and not a health practitioner to validate my claim, when I conformed them they apologized and requested proof from my Dr that I was admitted, when I provided that they then said they requested a hospital statement. I sent emails and tried calling to no answer to confirm whether this is an account statement or a letter directly from the hospital that I was admitted. I didnt get paid upon admission and now I need to drive around with no funds looking for documents that their underwriters should be questioning. Im so tired
