Insurance charges

<p>I recently went to a Mr Price store in Trade Route and was told i had subscribed to an insurance policy that was done over the phone and I should phone ***to get the recording since I don’t remember it, today 18/11/2016, I phoned the contact provided and I’m being transferred from one consultant to another then finally I ended up with one of the worse consultant ever in my life Nelisiwe Luthuli she tells me I had subscribed via internet which still doesn’t make sense and the is nothing she can do to help on her side, so I fill used and ripped I regret walking in to your shops its distavorous the service is pure **** you guys are pure daylight ******s ,I think the company should close done, funny how you guys always say the ‘calls are recorded for quality and are available to customers for any disputes now that I need a recording I get the **** service WOW’</p> <p> </p>
