Insensitive Treatment of deceased

I am so fustrated with Mr Price. My mother had an account with Mr Price clothing. She passed away in December last year. My father went numerous times to the branch to submit the documents. The lawyers phoned my father last week and told him that my mother's account was handed over and they are proceeding with legal steps. Again my father told them my mother passed away, they then asked again for the documents to be send through. I then took the documents and send it through to the *** email as instructed my a Mr Price employee. Again my father received a message today that they are proceeding with the legal action. I cannot understand the *********** way and inhumane treatment of this situation. My mother passed away an NO one at Mr Price has any humanity to assist us in resolving the matter. I myself am a Mr Price account holder, but after this I am definitely going to pay up my account and close it. This is so insensitive 😔😡 They don't even deserve one star.
