Inline order not confirmed even after successful payment
I placed an order on the App and used instant EFT to make payment. The payment went through successfully and the the app took me back to the trolley without confirmation of my order. I called the Mr Price online shopping and they advised me to send pop of which I did. However, Mr price could not resubmit my order and they said they will give me a refund voucher which will be issued within 48 hours. I have been waiting for almost a week now and whenever I call they tell me that the quirky is open and it will be attended to.
