*****ing packages - saying they delivered when they didn't
Absolutely the worst service, their courier company is even worse. I placed an order worth R584 on their online app, was told I'dbreceive my order today before 5pm. I then get a call from the driver of whatever courier company they are working with at 17:58 to go downstairs to received my parcel. I waited for the courier guy for almost an hour and he was still nowhere to be seen, can't reach him on the number he had called me from to no avail. Tried contacting Mr Price as well, completely useless. Then they send me an email saying they delivered my order yet I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I don't know what kind of **** they running.

I give you the next 24 for a response on when I should expect my refund. Should I not receive any feedback then I will be escalating this matter further.
