Do not open an account with them because you wil only receive bad service when asking for assistance.

I still receive statements from them billing me for insurance after I have paid off my account in April. So normally, when an account is paid off and up to date, there should not be insurance billed.

When I received my first statement, I queried this. They told me I should request assistance from their insurance department, so I did just that.

The insurance department never gave me feedback after I requested assistance, and apparently their turnaround time is 3 working days. This has been a few weeks now and still nothing.

Today, I saw another statement, and see that Mr Price is still continuing to bill me wrongfully. So I queried this again with customer support.

I received immediate feedback telling me what my balance is that I need to settle after I paid up my account. Then I received another email saying the query has been resolved. I did not ask what the balance is, I asked them to resolve this issue with the billing.

I also told them that I DID request assistance from insurance. Guess the feedback I received after this - “please contact ***”

But did I just not say that I did request them a while ago for assistance??? People should learn to read their emails, especially if you are employed to assist others!

I tried this and never received feedback from insurance, so basically they are useless with assisting. They are fast to reply if they want money, but when you genuinely need assistance, then you can forget about it.

This is ***** and *****ing if Mr Price wants me to pay for incorrect billing.
