<p>On saturday evening, 13 August 2016 I received an email from Mr Price regarding a refund receipt which was emailed to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This 'refund' was done at a store in Port Elizabeth. I am nowhere near Port Elizabeth.</p> <p>I am in Cape Town. I need to know why this email address was used? Michellene Lawrence sends me generic responses without even doing any investigation.</p> <p>I am a Mr Price account holder so I know that you have my information on record. CHECK WHY MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS USED. SOME RANDOM CLIENT THAT DID A REFUND DID NOT PUNCH IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS. IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?</p> <p> </p>
