Inferior Quality Shoes

I have emailed the customer services department and have not had an answer, not even an acknowledgement. I am rather dissapointed in the quality of shoes at your store, I have bought two pairs of shoes, 1 pair of pumps and more recently a pair of boots which lasted me all of 4 weeks. The heels has come undone completely from the sides and for a shoe that was hardly worn, this is just not acceptable. I order from the online store because I simply do not have the time to go into the shop and now I am stuck with a pair of boots that I cannot use.<br> Can someone from the store please contact me to let me know how I can go about returning these boots.
