Inept staff

<p>sent my son in to return a pair of shoes that didnt fit.He was informed by candice that a credit note will be given but if he brings in receipt he can a refund.My older son was present during this conversation,So i duly took in receipt and pandamoium broke loose in the store.Candice started to call my son a **** and questioned by integrity as a parent to allow my child to return the shoes..he was accompanied by my older child who is 23years old.</p> <p>The sore manager was unhelpful and very quiet whilst candice embarrassed and harassed us.</p> <p>eventfully the shoes and bought and returned in the store by a very helpful white female.The store manager told me she refuses to allow a mere R100 to jeapodise her job.</p>
