INCORRECTLY HANDED OVER ACCOUNT

I had an account with Mr Price since 2003 and my account was incorrectly handed over for an amount until this day I have no clue where it came from. I sent numerous emails to *** via dkim.mimecast.org and filled in the onsite contact us form but no one has returned an email. But I settled the amount and now it was communicated to me that my account was closed AND I need to open a new account.
