Incorrect statement

Have been receiving unupdated statements or rather statements that are not a true reflection of the account. I called their call center 4 times and was told on the 4th attempt my statement would be rectified. Right now I just want to pay the outstanding amount and close this account but I don't know what the correct amount I owe is.
