Incorrect Pricing

This is unbelievable and unacceptable. We were at Mr Price to buy the snow boots, the boots all didn't have prices when we asked one of the staff members she said they cost R99.99. I even repeatedly asked her if she was sure, she said they could even be cheaper. Got to the till got a surprise of my life, the boots were R129.99. I told the cashier that the boots were not that price, he forcefully insisted that when the system says they are that price it's what they cost. He called his Manager Thulani who refused to address it with his staff member that had told us incorrect information and said we should sort it out with the staff member. How is this possible how do we address incorrect pricing with a staff member, isn't it the managers responsibility to do that. This is unacceptable honestly I don't understand what kind of a trained manager would say that to a customer.
