Incorrect prices and rude staff

I was at your Mall@Reds store on 7 June 2018 and bought 3 items. The 1 jacket was marked at R149.99 above the items on a red display. I then went to the till and when they rang it up it was R189.99. I told the lady assisting me that this is not what is displayed on the tag above the items. She asked the supervisor to assist. I then walked with the supervisor to the jackets and showed her. She just told me that it is incorrect and that the people hanging the clothes don’t check it. I then asked to speak to the manager as someone has to check this and manage it of course. I was told she is not there. The lady assisting me started getting rude and out of line. I then asked her to call her manager. She tried and could not get hold of her. I then left there in a state and was rudely told that I can take it or leave it. I was dumbstruck by the way we were treated and spoken to. We will not be leaving this as is. I try calling the store on various occasions since this incident and they also do not answer the phone. It is terrible terrible service and I will not be spoken to like a dog. As per the slip, the manager's name is Ulenda and the assistant was Verly.
