Incorrect Order/Worst Customer Service

I ordered online and I received the wrong order. I received an email asking me if I got the correct order, I rep**** notifying them that I did not but there was no response. I eventually called customer services I was told the incorrect order would be picked up and I would receive the correct one or a refund. But that was not done I had to keep calling, 2 to 3 weeks later after a call I made I received an email saying it will be collected. There was no communication on which date and time it will be collected. They came today without calling or informing they will be coming or when they arrived. The order was not collected. This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had and I don’t think I’ll ever buy at Mr Price again!
