Incorrect order received and no help from mr price

I bought clothing online on the 04 October and I received and incorrect order. I took it back to the store called the customer care help line ,haven't received any feedback been calling them for over a month and they are not helpful the last call I made the consultant was utterly rude. I still haven't received my refund or had any feed back from them its been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting.
