INCORRECT ONLINE ORDER - DELIVERED

Placed an online order about 2 weeks ago , items were delivered on Monday (22/06/2020) however the one item is the incorrect size. I have sent numerous emails and also called several time of which i am placed on hold for over 30 mins. This is extremely frustrating can someone please contact me to make arrangements on delivering the correct size
