Incorrect items supp**** on Internet order
My internet order was incorrectly fulfilled, i.e. wrong items supp****, i.e. not what I ordered. Although returns to a store near you is free, when re-ordering, you have to pay couriers again. This is as frustrating as the absence of product knowledge and service in the branch near me! So, in my view this company is not in it, to win it.
