Incorrect Information Loaded

<p>I paid up my Mr Price account in December 2013 but going through my transunion profile I noticed that the account still reflects 2 and a half years later. Now my issue is that my profile is loaded with a paid up next to it with the status of revolving credit available, now this is where the problem is. As an opening balance it says R1 which is incorrect and false my opening balance was R6500 and my account paid up in full not R- as stated. This is incorrect Mr Price as what you are currently doing is showing basically a maxed out account with an available balance R1 which if you don't know affects PAID UP clients score!!!!!!! So this account has been Paid up and closed 2 and a half years ago!!!!! Which leaves you with 2 options to be fair to the consumer of either updating with the correct opening balance and a zero outstanding balance or to remove the payment record completely from transunion!!!!!</p> <p>i would appreciate if if the person who contacts me reads through this emails and understands my complaint before just contacting me. For 2 and a half years you have incorrectly reflected information on my credit profile which is not fair!!!</p> <p> </p>
