Incorrect billing

I have an account with Mr price and it's 6 months account. I paid up the amount that was outstanding and I made new purchases in May and the total R926.70 and my installment for June was R926.70 and I queried this amount because this is a 6 month account not a month to month. And I was told it was been adjusted and my new installment was R200 and I paid the amount. I have been receiving smsses saying my account is overdue and Silindile Nzuza told me ti ignore the smses. My July installment still shows the overdue amount. What upsets me the most is that my clearscore report indicates that I missed my payment for June. I am actually livid because I did bring this to your attention it was never fixed. I have made a decision to pay up my account and close it.
