Incorrect billing

I am frustrated and fed up of the incompetence of Mr Price's accounts team. My account is paid up to date! I have also sent proof of payments through to them via email with no response or reply. Also, statements are only emailed to me when they feel like it, not on a monthly basis as it should be. I will be taking legal action against the Mr Price group if my credit record id negatively affected because of this.
