incorrect address provided by Mr Price

I made an online purchase for my daughter s birthday on 6/4/024 ***, after numerous emails & calls to the contact center the parcel never arrived. On Friday 11/4/205the driver contacted me ***, he was in Parkhurst and my daughter stays in Delarey, yet I gave him the correct address on his WhatsApp at the number above, now it states that we were unreachable thus the parcel is returned. very angry and frustrated.
