Inconvenience and bad customer service
On Saturday, 4 November 2017 I purchased a Mint Fox Gold mobile phone from Mr Price Clothing Vaal Mall. When I called customer service today to advise me if I will be able to return the faulty phone to the store at Cresta Mall that is in the area where I reside. I was told no that I need to go all the way back to Vaal Mall. To me as a customer this is totally unacceptable and a major inconvenience.
