Inconsistent Information
I am honestly at my wits end, I spoke to an agent last month. There was an update done on my account. Now I message the very same number and they are saying NO, that's not what that meant. YET I HAVE A SCREENSHOT and messages proving that the agent confirmed the update. For the life of me I do not understand.
