Inconsiderate heartless *******

So my children bought me a set of boxers for father's day, only to see at home that it was a size Large instead of medium, this morning they returned it for the medium and was told that they have too now buy the medium size as for can't return the large size which is still unsealed and opened because it's underwear. Still sealed! What kind of service is that. We spent such a lot of money with them, but rather not spend any more money at Mr price anymore.
