Incomptent

<p>I app**** online for a Mr Price Money account on the 24th Jan 2017, and recieved an sms saying I must send proof of income to ********** which I did the same day, I then received an email confirming reciept of the requested docs and I was told I will be contacted in the next 24hrs, Then on the 26th seeing that the was no contact whasover, I contacted them and I was told the application was not processed because it was a duplicate, and that I had app**** before and was declined, which suprised me because I've never app**** before. The I was told it will be reinstated and that I must resend my proof if income. Again I did as told, then I receive an email this morning saying they've never received my application, and that I must go to a Mr Price store and apply. Then minutes later I receive an sms I must send 3 months payslips to qualify for a limit up to R12 000 on my Mr Price money card. WHAT INCOMPETENCY IS THIS??? Aren't these people trained. Anyway not even interested in opening this account any more, If this is how they treat customers, I'm not willing to do business with such people.</p>
