Incomplete Voucher

After multiple attempts to make contact with Mr Price to resolve an incomplete voucher number gifted to me, I wrote a review on HelloPeter two months ago. In the meanwhile I had to follow-up as no feedback was received. The matter is still not resolved but Mr Price closed the enquiry ticket. So the voucher was paid for but due to Mr Price's incomplete communication and unwillingness to correct the mistake, it cannot be redeemed!
