Incomplete Online Order

I made an online purchase on the 4th December and the order was delivered to me on 14/12 @19:40. Ordered 19 items and online received 9 items and on the 14/12 I called the helpline to inform them of the incomplete order, The call center agent then told me she has logged a query with the warehouse and I will receive feedback after 3 working days, I phoned them on the 23/12 and I was told the person that logged the query wasn't at work and feedback should have been sent to her and the other lady said she will follow it up and will send me feedback by the end of business 23/12 and said if I don't receive it, I should phone again the following day, I mean I complained whose responsibility is it to make sure I get feedback as the customer, Its ridiculous that I have to run around after them. The most pathetic service ever!!…worse its the 28/12 and still no feedback.
