***********, UNPROFESSIONA AND ********* CONDUCT- I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am beyond disgusted at this company's dishonesty and sheer incompetence. Order number ***. I had been waiting from the 21st a January for my refund. I was assured by Berlin on their whatsapp platfoem that my order had been cancelled and will be refunded into my bank account. I had already logged a query with Hello Peter a week or so earlier. A rep only called me last week monday and i told her that i was told i would be refunded a week earlier but nothing yet. She said she would experdite the process for me and apologised for such a shocking experience. Needless to say, still no refund or feedback. On Monday i called again and was told that the warehouse has received the cancelled order and the consultant i was talking to called them and asked them to please expedite my refund as they have all the cancelled items. I still have not received my refund. This is ridiculous and unbecoming of such an established company. I am ashamed of their lack of ethics and intergrity. I want my money back!!!
