Not happy with the service I got from springs mall by the manager - when I was treated like a ******** while spending the monies that contribute to someone's salary, what pains me is that, I wrote to their customer care line for them to sort out the incident that happen that day, till today nothing has been done, in front of their counter I was the laughing stock when I was scrutinized asked hundred questions, about my account which I pay with no fail, to make it worse I used the same card by mr price sport and never experience such drama - then the same manager has the nerve to ask one of the agents to call me on the side, in short she had too much pride to come to me and address what ever issues she had, and mind you it's really a problem when you have *********** people running a store - till to date I'm waiting for feed back , SO IT TAKES THEM SO LONG TO INVESTIGATE if that's what they are doing and none of them are bored to call let alone get to the bottom of this
