<p>I ordered online on friday and requested door to door delivery. I put the correct address on the request and it was to be delivered at my house on the 28-11-2016 which is today. I get an email sayinh that my order has been delivered, icall home to enquire. I was advised that nothing came through. I then called Mr Price to enquire where is was delivered too, I was advised that is was delivered to my neighbors house which is not what i asked for. My problem is that what kind of company delivers a paid parcel to an incorrect address and they dont even confirm if they could leave it there. If I wouldnt have called to enquire where the delivery was delivered too? what is me and the person it was delivered too were not in good terms. As it is Im not sure if i would find it there as I am at work. What if they threw it in the dustbin. This is not exceptable at all, I didnt buy on credit i bought it will my own money. then they will give me R150 gift voucher as like the last time for their apology the one that i still havent collected. what should happen?</p> <p> </p>
