Went to the Mr Price in Gugulethu 4 times to return some items i bought and every time I get there the system is Offline and they referring me to another branch. Why is the shop open if it is not able to provide all services. The manager told me they have been offline since 25 January. Does the staff you hirer even know what their job is? They don't even know the products that are sold at the shop or what they are used for. What?????
