On the 10th of October a Mr Price consultant called me asking if I'd like to open an account. I then agreed and I got approved immediately and was told to collect my card on store. When I got to the store on 21 October which is today... my credit showed zero and head office was called several times to link the a count to get it work g but no go. I'm actually still standing in the store where they putting the worker in the store on hold so many times. I called them myself from my cell as well and they are so *********** and unprofessional. They trying to get customers and got a very good one but just lost me. I told them on the phone after getting so frustrated to leave the account and cancel it cos I didn't ask for it. I mean, they trying to get me as a customer but not professional at all. I won't shop at Mr Price again. I have a very good credit record and can make use of the accounts I already have. You just lost a good customer!
