<p>Closed account in October 2016 and cancelled insurances . Completed 3 cancellation forms as the Mall Of Africa Branch continuosly misplaced them . Till date I am billed for the insurances and my account remains active . Now I have them calling me every day claiming that I owe them money and they want to take legal action .</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service and pathetic staff . I would never recommend MRP to anyone ...</p>
