<p>i have a refund that is due to me, i called the shop and spoke to Hlanzekile Biyela who advised me that i should go to one of their shops to get my refund and a setilement letter, i went to Vosloorus branch and I was told a different story after i wasted my time and money going to the shop. Mr Price should train their staff so that they give the accurate info from the word go. my time and my money was wasted and they are still sitting with my refund that they did not give me that day, i want this query resolved ASAP</p>
