on the 24.01.2016 I went to Mr Price eastgate and settled my account asked sinky to close my account she gave me a form to fill in and sign it ..then now on the 24.02.2016 ... got a statement saying my account is active and am owing them ,went to the branch again did fill the form but I was told to check my account march ..Why such a pathetic service !!!
